Email your custom image or print to admin@serenecozy.com. Please ensure it's:

- High-resolution (min. 300 DPI) with 5000*5000px
- In PNG or JPEG format

Step 2: Design Review & Confirmation

Our team will review your design and send you a confirmation email with a mockup of your design on the selected product.

Step 3: Prior Design Charges

A prior design charge will be collected before we start working on your custom design. It may vary depending on the design's complexity. This fee will be deducted from your final order total.

The base price for Customizable products are clearly labeled at the Product page for each product which is exclusive of design charges.

Step 4: Finalize Your Order

Review and confirm your design mockup. Once confirmed, we'll proceed with production.

Processing Time

Allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping times vary depending on your location (Standard shipping time as per our Shipping Policy is 5-7 business days after Production).
