• Made using 100% ethically grown US cotton.
• T-Shirt Fabric blends: Ash and Heather Prism colors - 99% cotton, 1% polyester; Athletic Heather and Black Heather - 90% cotton, 10% polyester.
• Sweatshirt & Hoodie are made with a medium-heavy fabric blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Heather Sport colors - 60% polyester, 40% cotton.
• This is a Direct-To-Garment printed item, will not crack and peel like vinyl.
• The ink is printed INTO the fabric, not sitting on top of it.

• Machine wash inside out, in cold water, on gentle cycle.
• Tumble dry low or let air dry.

Email your custom image or print to admin@serenecozy.com. Please ensure it's:

- High-resolution (min. 300 DPI)
- In PNG or JPEG format

Step 2: Design Review & Confirmation

Our team will review your design and send you a confirmation email with a mockup of your design on the selected product.

Step 3: Prior Design Charges

A prior design charge of $7 to $12 will be collected before we start working on your custom design. It may vary depending on the design's complexity. This fee will be deducted from your final order total.

The base price for Customizable products are clearly labeled at the Product page for each product which is exclusive of design charges.

Step 4: Finalize Your Order

Review and confirm your design mockup. Once confirmed, we'll proceed with production.

Processing Time

Allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping times vary depending on your location (Standard shipping time as per our Shipping Policy is 5-7 business days after Production).
